adidas reaches back into one of the greatest moments in Germany’s soccer history for its latest sweatshirt design. Emblazoned with Germany’s national colors of black, red and yellow, the retro reissue is a tribute to the Deutscher Fussball Bund’s trophy victory at the 1990 World Cup under the guidance of manager Franz Beckenbauer, who was previously the captain of the German soccer team when it won the 1974 World Cup. Made of french terry fabric and accented with a black hem and ribber collar cuffs, the sweatshirt has also been embroidered with the DFB badge on the breast and “1990″ on the back collar.
