Clarks Originals has enlisted the likes of Palace skater Lucien Clarke and Erika Bowes of Sukeban magazine for its 2019 campaign titled “The World Needs Originals.”

Shot by Vicky Grout, who has photographed the likes of Stormzy and Skepta amongst other artists, “The World Needs Originals” captures British youth culture with local creative talent at the forefront of its message. Tom Grennan stars alongside the aforementioned Bowes and Clarke in a lookbook shot in classic British settings ranging from eclectic bars to back street garages.

Dressed in skating-inspired looks, the lookbook highlights the three creatives wearing Clark’s iconic Wallabee and Weaver silhouettes. The lookbook also sees Clarke wearing the all-new Seven silhouette. Named after the seven pieces of fabric that make up its moccasin construction, the new silhouette focusses on comfort with a foot-molding cork footbed, a 70% recycled rubber sole and minimal glue for reduced discomfort.

Take a look at the lookbook in the gallery above, and head to Clarks Originals online to purchase the collection, ranging from £120 to £130 GBP (approx. $157 to $170 USD).

After a series of leaked and teased images of the Supreme x Nike Air Tailwind IV, we now get news of the official release date.
The new take on the ’90s-era silhouette sees the combination of bouclé and suede throughout the uppers, and is highlighted by iridescent piping. The Supreme x Nike Air Tailwind IV will be available in two colorways: a black version that incorporates metallic-blue accents, and the second colorway which blends red bouclé panels over white leather panels. Supreme and Nike branding comes in the form of debossing at the tongue, embroidered Swooshes, and printed co-branding at the heel and insole. The footwear drop will also see the release of the Supreme x Nike Running Hat, a lightweight Dri-FIT cap made with the same bouclé material at the sides.
The exclusive Supreme x Nike Air Tailwind IV and running cap will release online and in the NY, Brooklyn, LA, London and Paris stores on March 21. Japan will see a later release date of March 23.
