Guillermo Andrade‘s Fairfax imprint 424 has dropped two high-top sneakers that have been hand-dipped in tonal rubber. The black and white pairs follow on from April’s release of its 42Force sneakers, which sported a similar dipped aesthetic.
The dipped look encompasses the entire sole unit, dripping off the bottom of the sole for a finish that will be unique to each pair made. The rubber wraps around the shoe’s minimalist profile, traveling up to the toe box, perforated vamp and all around the shoe, covering the mid-panel and rising at the rear to provide a rubberized heel cap.
Both pairs are completely tonal as they are finished with matching laces and debossed branding, which can be seen on the tongue. The shoes, which were crafted in Italy, feature a large velcro strap around the collar as a nod to OG high-top sneakers.

adidas Originals has unveiled two more iterations from the Ozweego Tech pack following a first look at the glossy neoprene “Clear Granite” and “Clear Brown” pairs from earlier this month.
This time around, the Three Stripes brings a more Fall-ready palette to the forefront with the “Core Black” and “Grey Four” versions. Both feature a reworked three-dimensional neoprene upper which combines design cues taken from adidas Originals’ archives in the 1990s and ’00s.
The fusion of a retro aesthetic with contemporary lines and a modern finish brings a welcomed rework to the Ozweego, which maintains its adiPRENE sole unit, but loses its TPU loop that fixed around the shoe’s mid-panel and heel.

nike air vapormax 2019 utility vapor max desert sand tan blue volt green BV6351-007 colorway release date info buy
Nike‘s Air Vapormax 2019 Utility is an inclement weather-ready version of the standard Air Vapormax 2019 silhouette, offering a taller silhouette and more rugged upper ideal for toughing it out in surprise showers or chillier temperatures. The model’s latest colorway is an earthy “Desert Sand” makeover, complete with tonal accents.
Sitting on top of a familiar full-foot volt cushioning system given extra bounce by a layer of Cushlon foam, this Vapormax 2019 Utility’s tan upper is highly technical and significantly more trek-ready than standard Vapormax designs. A sock-like neoprene bootie reaches all the way up to the ankle to provide a snug and secure fit, which is then overlaid by taped seams, translucent TPE on the quarter and tightly knit technical mesh on the forefoot.
The lacing system is also altered, forgoing a standard setup in favor of sporty blue elastic bands secured by a cinch. Blue heel tabs then appear to help ensure easy on/easy off. Visibility and durability often go hand in hand when it comes to functional lifestyle product, so the midfoot Swoosh and elongated shapes on the toebox and heel are dressed in a high-vis reflective material.
Look for this new Air Vapormax 2019 Utility is available now on Nike.com. The retail price is set at $190 USD.
adidas Consortium ZX 8000 Release Information Re-Release 2014 Torsion Equipment Three Stripes OG Shoe Sneaker Trainer German Monza Colorway 1989
adidas Consortium is re-releasing one of the Three Stripes’ most iconic models, the ZX 8000 from 1989. Launching in its OG colorway, this Torsion-equipped sneaker was last seen in 2014 and has since become one of adidas‘ coveted ZX models.
Much like the ZX 5000, 6000, 7000 and 9000 models recreated in the past year, the ZX 8000 has been faithfully recreated to reflect the original from 30 years ago. In this retro, adidas Consortium reflected the sneaker’s age by adding lighter hues to its suede, mesh and plastic overlaying panels. The colors — which include “Aqua” alongside yellow and purple tones — give the impression of being “sun-faded” like a well-worn pair of shoes, with OG Trefoil branding to provide another nod to its heritage.
The ZX 8000 features adidas’ familiar Torsion technology, which allows the front and rear of the foot to operate and adapt to surfaces independently while offering support and stability. Furthermore, the shoe is lightweight yet reinforced in targeted strike zones, completed with a padded tongue, reflective patches, and numerous nods to its Torsion technology with branding on the lace locks and outsoles.
Pick up a pair of the adidas Consortium ZX 8000 on November 16 at select adidas Originals stores and Consortium accounts like Sivasdescalzo.
Vans Era SF "Warp Check" Release Information First Look Footwear Sneaker Skateboarding OG Classic Black Marshmallow Vulcanized Off The Wall
Vans has given its Era SF silhouette a trippy rework with the “Warp Check” checkerboard pattern. This new rendition comes in a classic hue of black and “Marshmallow,” contrasted by a crisp white outsole and red “OFF THE WALL” branding seen on the rear license plate.
The “Warp Check” has only ever been seen on a handful of Vans silhouettes, appearing just once in a limited-edition collaboration with size?. This Era SF takes close inspiration from the original Vans “Warp Check” pack — which consisted of the slip-on and Sk8-Hi — and adds the print all over its canvas upper.
Vans pairs the newly-introduced design with its Ultracush sockliner technology for an Era SF that is both functional as a skate shoe and comfortable. Its vulcanized sole unit, rubber waffle outsole and Pro Vulc light construction still remain, as does its OG branding. A set of “Marshmallow” laces finish off the “Warp Check” model.
