beats solo pro headphones noise cancelling siri enabled accessories tech black brown white blue red
Beats by Dre has just unveiled its latest headphone: the Solo Pro. The new tech accessory arrives in six monochromatic colorways and includes the brand’s first on-ear, noise-canceling feature, as well as a new “Hey Siri” function.
According to a press release, the audio piece has been incorporated with Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling (Pure ANC) that uses advanced algorithms to continuously monitor and adjust to your listening environment. It efficiently detects and blocks ambient noise – not only on an airplane but also on a noisy train or a busy office. In addition to the new trait, iPhone users can now pick up calls through the new “Hey Siri” feature.
On top of the classic “Black,” “Ivory” and “Gray” colorways, the audio company has teamed up with Pharrell Williams to create the “More Matte” collection that includes vibrant matte shades like “Dark Blue,” “Light Blue” and “Red.”
The Beats Solo Pro headphones will drop on October 30, but you can now pre-order it on Apple’s website for $299.95 USD.
prada ac75 luna rossa monohull americas cup pirelli sailing team watercraft vessel cagliari italy sicilian boat miuccia prada arrigo miglio
Prada has unveiled its sparkling new AC75 Luna Rossa monohull that will represent Italy’s Circolo della Vela Sicilia yacht club at the 36th edition of America’s Cup, the oldest trophy in the sport of sailing. The Italian label — who is also sponsoring the event — sent its design lead and namesake Miuccia Prada to christen the boat yesterday in Cagliari, where she was joined by husband Patrizio Bertelli (President of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team), the town’s archbishop, Monsignor Arrigo Miglio, Agostino Randazzo (President of Circolo della Vela Sicilia) and Marco Tronchetti Provera (CEO of Pirelli).
It took a team of over 90 people and a total of 78,000 hours to complete the watercraft, which was built by luxury yacht maker Persico Marine. The makeup of the hull consists of 7,000 square meters of carbon fiber and 400 square meters of aluminum honeycomb, as well as two carbon-fiber “foil arms” that can support up to 27 tons. There’s also a “soft wing” rig that is key to the latest model, which features parallel sails for an innovative new detail.
“This is our sixth America’s Cup challenge, but launch day is as exciting as ever — it is the magical moment that brings together many months of work and dedication and the anticipation of finally seeing on the water what was until now only a design,” stated Bertelli.
The 36th America’s Cup presented by Prada is slated to take place in Auckland, New Zealand from January to March 2021. Scroll below to see a flick from the unveiling in Cagliari.

Leica and Fender have joined The Police guitarist and avid photographer Andy Summers to create a limited edition camera and guitar showcasing some of the artist’s best work.
The camera comes in the form of an M Monochrom “Signature” model custom-wrapped in a leatherette collage of Summers’ black-and-white photos. The otherwise black camera is complemented by silver buttons, controls and dials while the topside of the body features the guitarist’s autograph emblazoned in an eye-catching red. Limited to just 50 units worldwide, the set comes with a Leica Summicron-M f/2 35mm ASPH lens equipped with a vintage lens hood, a guitar-strap-inspired black leather camera strap, and an Oberweth black leather camera bag highlighted with red stitching to complete the look.
Second in the collaboration is a Fender Custom Shop Andy Summers Monochrome Stratocaster built by none other than the brand’s master builder Dennis Galuszka himself. Like the camera, the two-piece alder body of the guitar is wrapped with Summers’ monochrome photographs taken with his collection of Leica M cameras. The one-piece neck is made from rift-sawn maple and carries a “63 C” profile, featuring 21 medium-vintage frets and a bone nut. As an added touch, the 15th fret has been replaced with a red Leica camera dot inlay.
“After all these years of being obsessed with photography and the guitar, I now have the two things together for the first time,” said Summers.
The Leica M Monochrom “Signature” by Andy Summers is now available on leicacamerausa.com, retailing for $15,000 USD, whilst the Fender Andy Summers Monochrome Strat is available at select Fender retailers. Head over to the fendercustomshop.com to learn more now.
