adidas Originals takes a nostalgic look back into its storied past with the unveiling of the iconic Beckenbauer Tracksuit 50th Anniversary Edition. Named after legendary German football star Franz Anton Beckenbauer, this one-to-one reissue keeps to its original layout with the trademark Three Stripes branding running down the sides of each the jacket, shirt and trousers. Sporting a tonal red and white color scheme, the sportswear giant digs deep into its design vault with vintage-inspired detailing, namely, the side zip pockets, full zip with stand-up collar and drawcord elastic waist. Made in Germany, look for the adidas Originals Beckenbauer Tracksuit 50th Anniversary Edition to hit select retailers on April 20.
After dropping the “WHAT HAPPENED” capsule with Andy Jenkins, The Quiet Life now releases the “Vase” capsule with UK artist Nathaniel Jones. Inspired by ancient Greek vases and urns, the collection features prints and patterns with these designs juxtaposed with cameras and skateboards, reflecting “Modern Living.” Included in the selection of garbs are a cotton canvas jacket in two colors lined with Nathaniel’s custom print, a duo of hats, two pairs of pants, a short-sleeve button-down, long-sleeve shirts and short-sleeve T-shirts in an assortment of vibrant colors.
