FRESH LADIES KICKS:

Air Jordan 11 Retro Low xi white pink snakeskin sneaker women
As part of the Jordan Brand‘s Summer 2019 women’s lineup, the sports giant has recently released a new iteration of the Air Jordan XI Retro Low in a “White/Pink” colorway. Drawing inspiration from the popular snake print trend, the ladies-only sneaker is constructed with a predominantly sleek, white upper accented by panels of a reptilian pattern in pastel and neon pink hues.
To match the stylish detail on the uppers, the inner lining of the basketball shoe is also dipped in eye-catching fluorescent pink. While on the inside of the classic silhouette, wearers will find a full-length cushioning unit that offers all-day, plush comfort. Tiny Jumpman logos are embroidered on the heel counter, as well as on the tag placed in the middle of the tongue.
Giving us major throwback vibes, the low-top sneaker sits atop a thick sole unit, while a clean, white lacing system rounds off the design.

With the start of Pride month just a few weeks away, brands have begun the annual roll-out of their rainbow-hued homages to the LGBTQ+ community and Dr. Martens is no exception. The heritage footwear brand has given its classic 1460 boot an update, with the signature leather upper boasting multicolored stripes throughout.
Complementing the cause and design of the silhouette are the eyelets which also correspond to the colors of the Pride flag. The branding on the heel loop is reimagined in a multicolored ombré finish and the visible stitching on the midsole, which is usually yellow, also gets a rainbow makeover. Completing the look is the vertical white “PRIDE” text that’s printed on the heel.
Dr. Martens will by supporting Pride by making a donation to akt, an LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity. Get a closer look at the 1460 boots above and shop them now at Dr. Martens’ web store for £130 GBP (approx. $168 USD).
