Sabotage Cycles Ducati Imola 750 Café Racer 860 GT - 3942503
Since it first appeared in the 1970s, the Ducati Imola has gained a cult following and become an expensive collectors item. Bearing in mind the price of an Imola 750, Indonesian customizer Sabotage Cycles decided to recreate the motorcycle for its latest project. Starting with a Ducati 860 GT, a vehicle that bares a lot of similarities to the Imola 750, Sabotage Cycles set about stripping back the design.
The paired back Imola 750 recreation comes with no front fairing, with the engine and aluminum fuel tank on display. Another new element to the bike is the addition of a fog lamp that was originally built for a Ferrari. The aluminum bodywork was specially altered to match the Imola template, while elements of the body were painted in the same shade of green as the original.
After you’ve taken a look at the Imola 750 customization, check out another Ducati rework which saw the team behind Munich-based Diamond Atelier give their take on the Ducati Scrambler 803 model.

For the upcoming Pure & Crafted festival in Berlin, which celebrates music and motorcycles, German customizer Krautmotors has unveiled its latest creation. Coming with an exposed chassis and origami-like front end, the bike is based on a BMW C evolution scooter and was built by taking apart an existing bike. After the Krautmotors team had dismantled the BMW C, they were able to add the chunky new front piece, which was inspired by a 1920s cubic tea set by renowned product designer Erik Magnussen.
The bike, named “E-lisabad” after its creator’s grandmother, will make its first appearance at Pure & Crafted, before being presented at the Glemseck 101 motorcycling festival in Germany in early September. At the moment, this bike is strictly one off — and there’s no news yet on if any more will ever hit the market.

Bandit9’s latest piece of custom work to leave their shop is an upgrade to the classic Harley-Davidson Street 750. The Saigon-based company has fittingly called its latest bike the Dark Side — presumably earning its name from the blacked out exterior — keeping the motor, exhaust and handmade radiator shroud all in the same sleek colorway.
The inspiration for the bike was aircraft, using a unibody to fuse several connecting parts into one aerodynamic piece of equipment. It’s powered by a 750cc liquid-cooled RevX engine, uses LED lights for the front lens and the brake & turn signals, as well as a 2-into-1 Vance & Hines customised competition series exhaust.
The Dark Side will be an incredibly limited edition model, with only 9 available around the world at a cost of $32,000 USD. You can pre-order from Bandit9’s web store now.
