FRESH KICKS 1

Gucci Mane Reebok DMX Run 10 Collaboration 2017 October 17 Release Date Info Sneakers Shoes Footwear Guwop
Over the past few weeks, everything that could’ve gone right for Gucci Mane has happened. From having his probation shortened by two years to his wedding next month, Guwop cannot lose right now. This recent string of success is continued with the unveiling of his upcoming sneaker collaboration with Reebok.
Taking to Instagram to unveil the new kicks, the Reebok Guwops are the Atlanta rapper’s spin on the DMX Run 10 model and feature a number of unique features. The sneaker’s upper is constructed with a few different panels of white and light grey material. Adding to the flair is the blinged-out ice cream cone that matches Gucci’s signature face tattoo. This pattern is continued on a few panels along the side and onto the metallic aglets at the end of the shoe laces. The look is finished off with a distressed heel tab along the back featuring branding for both Reebok and Gucci’s record label, 1017 Brick Squad.
With no release information regarding the Gucci Mane x Reebok Guwops, one can speculate we will see them around the same time his upcoming album Mr. Davis drops on October 13. Take a listen to the second single off the album, “Curve,” featuring The Weeknd and check out the kicks below.

Roc-A-Fella Records Nike Air Force 1
Originally released in 2000, Nike is set to re-release its coveted Roc-A-Fella Records Air Force 1. Once again paying homage to the iconic American record label, the retro release comes 13-years after the original drop and celebrates the 35th anniversary of the AF1. Identical to the original simple white colorway, the upper of the shoe is comprised of premium white leather panels, accented by Roc-A-Fella’s embroidered logos on the heel, tongue and insole. Set to release in extremely limited quantities at this year’s ComplexCon, stay tuned for more details regarding the retro release.

Jordan Trainer Pro
Over the years, Jordan Brand has not only made noise on the courts and in the streets, but in the gym as well — steadily cranking out worthy athletic models, such as the Trainer Prime and the Trainer 2. The newest member to join the expansive family is the Jordan Trainer Pro.
Reminiscent of the Air Jordan 11, thanks largely to the speed lacing system and the sectional area covering the mudguard region, the new rendition features a snug neoprene bootie design and an elastic band blanketing the heel for extra lockdown support. Seen here in a core “Gym Red” color scheme, the new Jordan Trainer Pro will make its debut later this fall at Nike’s online shop.

Nike Air Max 95 Ultra
Adding to its string of colorful releases, Nike recently gave its Air Max 95 Ultra a textural “Blue Jacquard” makeover. This time around, the updated Air Max model features a multi-blue toned jacquard knit upper accented by the matching functional Flywire weaved into the upper. The Nike Air Max tongue branding, navy mudguards and a chunky sole unit rounds up the design of the shoe. Retailing at £130 GBP (approximately $177 USD), the “Jacquard Blue” Nike Air Max 95 Ultra is available now at retailers like JD Sports.

As a part of the recently launched partnership with the NBA, Nike is welcoming special edition Air Force 1 models into the fold as a celebration. Nike’s Air Force 1 Low has successfully walked the fine line between the basketball court and the casual scene over the years and has seen a resurgence thanks to a numerous amount of collaborations with designers, further athletic support and much more. Initially previewed earlier in September, the Swoosh has ushered in a numerous amount of colorways of the model which also sport a slightly larger Swoosh on its lateral and medial sides in addition to Nike branding on its laces. The main attraction is the NBA logo tab which is placed discreetly on the heel as a finishing touch.
Set to make its official debut in seven colorways, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “NBA” will drop on October 12 at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike SNKRS for a retail price of $100 USD.

Nike Officially Reveals NBA Socks footwear black white
Back in June, Nike officially announced their partnership alongside the NBA which would begin during the upcoming 2017-2018 Season. After waiting to see what the Swoosh had up their sleeves, they’ve finally launched their partnership which entails redesigned jerseys and apparel, with more to come.
Paying close attention to details, Nike has also revisited the league’s official socks and have debuted the new NBA NikeGrip Power Crew and Quick Crew Socks. Each sock design is comprised of NikeGrip yarn which provides anti-slip traction and zone specified cushioning that also places emphasis on ventilation and foot protection. Being the first Nike sock to sport the NBA logo, the NikeGrip Power Crew Sock’s thickness provides ultimate cushioning while the NikeGrip Quick Crew Sock shares a lightweight feel for the wearer. Jordan Brand also joins in on the fun via the Jumpman logo being an option which we can expect to be worn by the Charlotte Hornets.
Quick and Power iterations of the Nike and Jordan Brand NBA NikeGrip Crew Socks will be available in white and black options on October 1 online. An additional NBA Nike Elite Quick Sock launch will also follow in team color options.
