UBIQ and Vans have enlisted the artistic sensibilities of the “Godfather of Street Art,” Ron English, for their second collaboration. Applying his signature, subversive “POPaganda” aesthetic to the Era LX and Sk8-Hi LX silhouettes, English adorns the canvas uppers with his “Camo Deer” illustration featuring a deer covered in hunting camouflage, thus subverting the relationship between the hunter and the hunted. The illustration continues to the insole, as well as being depicted in its entirety on the shoe box. Available in-store and online at UBIQ for $85 USD for the Era LX and $90 USD for the Sk8-Hi LX, head over to the collaboration’s mini-website for behind-the-scenes photos of UBIQ’s visit to English’s studio, as well as a video interview with the artist himself.

Last week, images of a crispy white and orange-colored Air Jordan 11 Retro Low made the Internet rounds with one caveat for sneakerheads – they were sized for children. Jordan Brand has followed up that release with something for the ladies (still to the dismay of the guys), here presenting the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low GG “Citrus.” The sneaker has been executed with a dope white mesh base layer, which is laid over with the AJXI’s signature patent leather. These clean kicks are matched with a stark, contrasting translucent orange outsole, a perfect standout for this summer season. Check out photos of the pair above and pick up the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low “Citrus” at retailers like Wish Atlanta beginning June 20.
