Balenciaga Arena Creased Red Leather Sneakers
Balenciaga’s staple Arena Creased leather sneaker has received the long overdue, all red treatment. The luxury fashion sneaker flaunts a tonal red, creased leather body and matching colored laces, which travel through metal D-ring eyelets. A rubber outsole and plush inner lining complete the most recent addition to the expanding line of sneakers. Purchase your pair from MR. PORTER for the retail price of $585 USD.
Nike Roshe One Flyknit Premium Rough Green/Black-Sequoia
After dropping a trio of patriotic colorways for Independence Day, Nike‘s popular Roshe One silhouette makes a return with a stylish Rough Green/Black-Sequoia iteration for the summer season. The runner’s Flyknit upper is rendered in a tonal clean Olive hue, and features an embossed Swoosh across the premium leather side panel a unique 3D pattern, similar to the one seen on the luxe Kobe X Mid EXT lifestyle silhouette. A crisp white midsole rounds out the sleek design of the runner which is available for purchase at Titolo for €135 EUR (approximately $153 USD).
adidas Stan Smith "Color Wheel"
adidas’ classic Stan Smith gets a thoroughly contemporary upgrade in the “Color Wheel” colorway. Somewhat reminiscent of the Mac OS X spinning beach ball icon, the Stan Smith sees its pristine premium white leather upper covered in circular color spectrums across its surface. Otherwise, the silhouette sports a white midsole and laces, and is finished off with perforated Three Stripes, and navy embossed branding at the tongue and heel tab. Pick up a pair now for ¥15,200 JPY (approximately $124 USD) at kinetics Tokyo.
A Closer Look at the Nike KD 8 "USA"
Kevin Durant’s eight signature silhouette is set to release at the end of this month, with the proud colorway of the Nike KD 8 “USA” set to make a strong debut. Boasting a Flyweave knit upper decked in patriotic splashes of red, white and blue, and enhanced with Dynamic Flywire cables, the KD 8 sees the addition of a midfoot heel cage to stabilize the foot, while a contrasting red outsole incorporating Zoom Air bubbles for added shock absorption and propulsion. Offered at the premium price of $180 USD, the Nike KD 8 “USA” will be available beginning July 27 at Rock City Kicks.
adidas Originals Superstar Camo/Hemp
One streetwear staple meets another in the adidas Originals Superstar Camo/Hemp, released as part of the brand’s “Graphic Pack.” The silhouette features a woodland camouflage pattern throughout, covering everything from the laces, Three Stripes, shell toe, inner mesh lining and midsole, for a top-to-bottom coverage of the entire shoe in what makes a striking visual effect. The shoe retains minimal contrasting branding on the lateral side, tongue and heel tab, and is finished off with contrasting white stitching throughout the upper. The adidas Originals Superstar Camo/Hemp is now available at select stockists including Sneaker Politics for $90 USD.
Nike Zoom Soldier 9 "Sprite"
Fresh off of our first look at the “Remix” edition of the LeBron 12 Low, King James’ line of signature footwear gets another beverage-inspired release as Nike Basketball brings the original “Sprite” colorway to the Zoom Soldier 9. Officially donning a combination of Game Royal, white, and Green Strike, the Zoom-cushioned kicks see a predominately blue mesh upper and black lining as a bright green hue accentuates the supportive strap apparatus, rubber outsole and speckled Swoosh outline. Retailing for $130 USD, the Zoom Soldier 9 “Sprite” is due out July 1 at select Nike Basketball retailers.
