FRESH KICKS: The Unreleased Been Trill x adidas Samba/ Quai 54 x Air Jordan 13 Retro Low/ Nike Tennis Classic AC Woven Black/White/ adidas Originals Racer Lite "Black"/ Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski AC "Tie-Dye" Pack

The Unreleased Been Trill x adidas Samba Has Made it to Outlets
A scrapped collaboration between adidas and Been Trill has accidentally turned up on the shelves of some of the German brand’s outlets. An adidas Samba, with a dazzling 3M upper, Been Trill typeface, custom tongue detailing and translucent sole, was picked up by a Kanye To The forum member for a bargain price of $70 USD. With an issue early on in production forcing the collaboration to be stopped in its tracks, the shoes were never meant for retail, however an oversight somewhere along the way now sees pairs circulating on eBay for upwards of $200 USD. Check out the images to see what could have been.
Quai 54 x Air Jordan 13 Retro Low
Whoever coined the term “The World’s Game” for soccer should note that post-Jordan basketball is making a run for that title. Continuing to expand on building a global community for basketball, Jordan Brand has designed a special version of three hallmark silhouettes for the Quai 54 streetball tournament in Paris. The first of these releases is delivered as the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low, a silhouette that continues to rise in popularity as the weather warms. The pair is here constructed with a reflective outer panel, which lays over a smooth black leather base layer. Graphic nods to the blueprint of the Eiffel Tower run from the toe through the heel, covering the midsole. Other details include a suede tongue, embossed with the Quai 54 logo on the right foot; as well as a very tasteful gum outsole. The Quai 54 x Air Jordan 13 Retro Lows release exclusively in Europe on June 13 – sorry ‘Merica.
Nike Tennis Classic AC Woven Black/White
Originally released back in 1982, Nike’s timeless Tennis Classic gets a woven update for Summer 2015 in a new black colorway. Following up the white version that debuted back in April, the black colorway of the Tennis Classic AC couples a tonal upper of smooth and woven leather with a contrasting white sole unit, a full-length EVA sockliner for lightweight cushioning, a herringbone outsole for traction and durability, and reflective detailing throughout. Retailing for $150 USD, the release can be found now at nike.com and select NSW stockists
adidas Originals Racer Lite "Black"
adidas presents yet another tonal take on its Racer Lite for Spring/Summer 2015, following this season’s grey release with a black version of the runner. Retaining the OG’s mesh bootie construction and EVA sole unit, the design adopts an all-black aesthetic and sees plush suede overlays for added support and durability. Capped off with matching laces, the black version of the Racer Lite can be found now at adidas Originals retailers like Switzerland’s Titolo.
Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski AC "Tie-Dye" Pack
Lately, it’s become increasingly apparent that skating in thick suede or leather might not cut it this summer. If in the market for a silhouette that’s equal parts Sunday slip-on and everyday shredder, Nike here presents new versions of the Zoom Stefan Janoski AC with the “Tie-Dye” pack this season. Here we find the modern classic done up in two colorways of power-washed canvas, both of which are met with a vulcanized sole to facilitate the break-in process. Either the black or blue version is available at elite retailers such as Premier now for a breezy $90 USD.
